Exchanges

At Drip Avenue, we offer exchanges only for issues related to size or color, provided the requested size or color is available in the same product. Since our products follow US/UK sizing standards and detailed size charts are available, customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order.

Exchange Guidelines:

Exchanges are only applicable for size or color variations (subject to availability).
You must notify us within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.
The item must be:Unused and in original conditionReturned with all original packaging, tags, and receipts

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns and offer refunds if the product is defective.

Defective Item Policy:

Report the issue within 3 calendar days of delivery
Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect
Our team will review and approve the return if the defect is verified
Items damaged due to use or tampering will not be eligible

Non-Returnable Items:

Underwear (except tops and bodysuits)
Fragrances (must be unopened in original packaging)
Accessories or bundled items without complete packaging or seals
Products with missing parts or signs of customer damage

Refund Process:
